"Technology is not just a service - it's our business"

Graphics
We offer many combined years of experience, along with multiple perspectives, in order that your message is not only heard, but understood and remembered. There is not another form of communication better retained than visual involvement, no matter how great the speaker:

"Tell me, and I'll forget. Show me, and I may not remember. Involve me, and I'll understand." - (Native American Proverb)

This is certainly true in the courtroom. It should always be considered that the average juror is exactly that- average, and not likely familiar with any of the facts surrounding your case. They must be taught, and gradually. There is little more effective and telling than an effectively prepared series of demonstrative graphics, designed specifically to train a juror to view from your client's perspective. Rather than trying to further describe this service, allow us to offer some examples…

Presentations
We can assist with your client (beauty contest) presentations; working with your rough drafts, or beginning from scratch. We can also provide presentation equipment and assist in the presentation, if you prefer. We have some tremendous stories to tell in this arena, including one client who signed "on-the-spot" at the close of the presentation. The client stated that any firm willing to do such a thorough, personalized presentation, would also be the firm to provide legal counsel with the same attention to detail. Rather than trying to describe these "deal-closers," allow us to offer a few examples…

Ted,
(Attorney) just stopped by my office and thanked us for the PowerPoint. He said as soon as the last slide ran, the lights went up and the prospective client (name withheld) gave (the firm) the case. They said they had learned more in the last two-hour presentation, than their in-house attorneys had told them in 2 years. Client also said they appreciated the fact that (the firm's) presentation (PowerPoint) looked like a lot of time was spent on it, and the client interpreted this as (the firm's) sincere willingness to gain (client) as a client. Dan said the PowerPoint was a major component of the successful presentation. The fact that they are a multimedia company makes (Litigation-Tech's) graphics capability look all the better. Thanks again for your help.

Document Imaging and Coding
As your Project Manager, we have in-house law firm experience from a supervisory capacity, as well as the ability to handle many smaller projects. The thought here should not necessarily be to ship everything for imaging and coding. It depends on the real need. Perhaps simple (read: cheap) scanning is enough for your project. Perhaps you need to get several options presented so you can make your decision. At Litigation-Tech, we maintain an objective viewpoint in this area, and can help get you on the right path.
